Hunting Creek Home

Hunting Creek is a premier golf community, built upon rolling land near Prospect, KY just off of Highway 42. While the majority of the neighborhood (built in the '70s) is composed of single family homes mostly in the $300s range, the newer estate section was begun in the 1990’s and boasts homes from the $400s to the $1mm+ range. The Hunting Creek Country Club is the centerpiece of Hunting Creek,  with self-contained

Hunting Creek Country Club18-hole golf course, swimming pool, tennis courts and the Hunting Creek Homeowners Association. Larger, family homes with picturesque lawns and walk-out basements are the typical construction here.  Prospect, Ky. is a self-contained 3rd class city with its own private government and police force.  Prospect is home to a wide range of citizens who have a history of civic pride, participation in the community and historic/natural preservation.  It's a beautiful place, and they want to keep it that way!

Prospect is right on the Oldham County line, and close to a private zoo/petting zoo whimsically called "Henry's Ark" after Henry Wallace, who lived near the site for many years and built the zoo as a public service.
